Our Philosophy
Being a dancer means giving freedom to your body, mind, and soul to tell your story through movement. It’s about working smart, understanding your body, managing energy, and refining your technique. It’s about persistence, resilience, and growing stronger with every step.
This Formation in collaboration with the Artistic Center Arabesque, we carry forward values that shape our training:
- A cultural and artistic approach open to the world
- Autonomy, adaptability, and transversality
- Continuous improvement as a mindset
We complement these principles with our own focus:
Creativity and autonomy: Students are encouraged to explore, create, and develop their own artistic voice.
Academic dance as a foundation: Classical techniques form the pillars of INYB, building posture, strength, and artistic versatility.
Preparing the dancers of tomorrow : Our formation trains young aspiring dancers for professional careers, fostering independence and readiness for the stage.
This formation is much more than just a dance curriculum: it embodies a vision.
A vision of offering young dancers a space where passion, professionalism, and kindness come together to guide them toward the professional world.

Tracking your growth
An individual progress log will be maintained for each student, with regular observations on attendance, commitment, personal investment, expressivity, technical development (flexibility, posture, musicality), creativity,…
At the end of the year, each student will present both an assigned choreography and a personal creation. This presentation, conceived as a non-graded evaluation, will provide a constructive and supportive way to measure progress.
A certificate of participation and achievement will be awarded at the end of the year, recognizing their dedication and growth within the program.
